The Faculty of Fine Arts at Wasit University, in collaboration with the Faculty of Applied Arts, organized an international workshop on learning outcomes in arts programs and labor market requirements, with the participation of a large group of specialists from different countries.
The dean of the faculty, Assistant Professor Dr. Sami Al-Amara, said that the workshop included introducing the educational strategy and choosing the right educational path to suit the labor market, in addition to explaining the reasons why graduates of art colleges do not get jobs.
He pointed to the obstacles facing art graduates to obtaining suitable jobs, with the need to open up the prospects for cooperation between educational institutions and all sectors in order to find an appropriate solution to this eternal problem.
