The Faculty of Medicine at Wasit University organized a workshop entitled (Building and developing leadership skills and behaviors and team management), with the participation of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs Dr. Sabih Lapa and in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Assistant Professor Dr. Naseer Al-Maliki and Dr. Hussein Adnan Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Dr. Saleh Salman Al Jaberi Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs and a number of teachings and university staff. To help trainees gain a greater understanding of the leadership skills and management of the team, as well as to develop these aspects in their personalities through inspiration and motivate trainees to see themselves as leaders.
