Professor Dr. Sami Ali Hussein, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Wasit University and President of the National Council for the Adoption of Programs of The Faculties of Fine and Applied Arts in Iraq participated in the artistic workshop of the Arabic calligraphy held as part of the annual Festival of Arabic Calligraphy arts and the formation of one dimension established by the Faculty of Fine Arts Basra University in the presence of a group of artists, calligraphers and a number of young talents addressed the effectiveness of arabic calligraphy techniques and techniques within the practical lessons of professors in the field of Arabic calligraphy researched the secrets of calligraphy and its beauty and types On the sidelines of the workshop, Dr. Sami A. Hussein met with the British Organization for Development and Standards for Rehabilitation and Issuing International Quality Certificates Iso, with which the Presidency of Basra University held a strategic partnership with it, and discussed matters related to calibration and development in the field of Iso and in the presence of Professor Dr. Zaki Abdullah Ahmed scientific assistant to the President of Basra University and Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Al-Kanani, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University, which has come a long way in the field of quality and moving forward towards reliability.
