Under the auspices of The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Naseer al-Maliki, the Central Promotions Committee at Wasit University organized a workshop entitled "Scientific Promotions – Requirements and Mechanism for promoting treatment", in the Faculty of Medicine, and in the presence of a number of faculty teachers. D. Riad Jabbar al-Maliki, Chairman of the Central Promotions Committee at Wasit University, 167th Scientific Promotions Instructions for 2017 with a detailed presentation of the mechanisms, controls and requirements under which the application for scientific promotion is submitted according to the scientific rank. The second axis presented by A. D. Mohammed Hussein Al-Suwaiti / Rapporteur of the Central Promotions Committee on how to calculate points in tables 1 and (2) with details of each activity and the required documents that enhance the teaching participation in this activity. The third axis, presented by A. D. Qassim Daoud Tamimi / Teaching in the Children's Branch Faculty of Medicine and member of the Central Promotions Committee on the administrative and legal aspects of the treatment of scientific promotion and review of the most important ministerial generals with regard to scientific promotions. Between the fourth axis presented by M.M. Amer Karim Al Rubaie / Secretary of the Central Promotions Committee financial aspects and the mechanism of paying the dues of experts assessed for the research provided for scientific promotions and the wages of scientific breeding in accordance with the original legal methods. In addition to providing a book of thanks and appreciation to the lecturers for their outstanding efforts, a clear picture and a detailed road map as a work guide for each teacher who aims to apply for his scientific promotion.
