Wasit University lists its central library in the monthly bulletin of the International Federation of Libraries

The International Federation of Libraries Association and the IFLA Foundation, was included in wasit University's Central Library among the active and active university libraries in providing services to researchers and beneficiaries during the Cororna pandemic.

The director of the Central Library Wissam Farhan Fleih said that this event is of great importance in raising the profile of Wasit University at the international level, and this achievement came with a close follow-up from the president of the university Professor Dr. Mazen Hassan Jassim and the efforts of the staff of the Central Library.

He added that this inclusion is important in indexing and information systems and will benefit researchers and students of preliminary and higher studies and will be a gateway to access wasit University at the local, Arab and international level.

This achievement was contributed by the Indexing and Information Systems Center of the Library and House of the Manuscripts of the Holy Abbasid Threshold and with great efforts by the Director of the Center, Mr. Hussein Al-Musawi, in the inclusion of wasit University Library in the International Federation.
