The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdul Sahib, chaired the third meeting of the opinion and stressed the observance of scientific promotion and commitment to the plans of universities and the timings of application and direct in the initial and higher studies and preparation for full attendance in the next academic year. Full attendance in the next academic year in accordance with the recommendations submitted by the ministry to the High Committee for Health and National Safety and the adoption of the labor market standard in dealing with the future of specialties and their development. Topics on the agenda of the third meeting of the opinion and the attendees voted positively on a number of decisions, including:\"\ud83d\udd34\" the formation of a high committee headed by the supervisory and scientific evaluation body and the membership of university presidents of doctors and a selection of deans of medical schools to evaluate the reality of medical study and provide a comprehensive development vision and diagnose its requirements related to quality and accreditation.\"\ud83d\udd34\" Adherence to university plans in primary and higher studies and the adoption of official timings in the file of admission to graduate studies and start studying.\"\ud83d\udd34\" Failure to work with the return of students who have been restricted, not to take the supplementary exam, to abide by the exam instructions, and to give college and university councils the powers to deal with critical school conditions and to continue to operate the transit system.\"\ud83d\udd34\" Continued cumulative work in universities operating on the course system.\"\ud83d\udd34\" Certificate equivalency students who joined the parallel system in the faculties of medicine, dentistry and pharmacy were given an additional attempt at permanence and a test after failing the fourth attempt.\"\ud83d\udd34\" Adoption of recommended scholarship universities in light of the global classifications for the study of employees outside Iraq.\"\ud83d\udd34\" Referring a number of certificate equivalency files to the competent scientific committees in universities.\"\ud83d\udd34\" Standardizing the rates of admission to evening studies in law schools in universities, public and private colleges, and giving university boards and the supervisory body the power to consider reducing minimum applications.\"\ud83d\udd34\" The graduation course for the 2022\/2021 academic year is named after (science adopting homelands).\"\ud83d\udd34\" Empowering university presidents to grant maintenance leave in accordance with the Disabled and Special Needs Act No. 38 of 2013.\"\ud83d\udd34\" Vote on the development of the evening study in the Department of Biological Technologies at the Faculty of Science at Anbar University.\"\ud83d\udd34\" The Minister of Education concluded the meeting by emphasizing the need to enable university councils to make appropriate and considered decisions and develop appropriate strategic paths to advance the reality and requirements of development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
