The Center for Continuing Education at Wasit University held a workshop on (laws and problems of public service) and in cooperation with the Wasit Election Office at the Commission's headquarters<\/div>\n
During which Dr. Ahmed Abdul Zeid al-Tahli at the Faculty of Law, Ms. And Jana Razak gave a number of lectures for three days<\/div>\n
The workshop included several axes<\/div>\n
The first is to introduce the most important laws of employment for the purpose of spreading and promoting the legal culture of state and public servants, as the articles of the Law on The Discipline of State Employees and the Public Sector No. 14 of 1991 amended and implemented and the identification of loopholes and proposals to remedy them were explained<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In the second axis, the articles of the Civil Service Act No. 24 of 1960, amended and implemented, were explained and some problems were clarified scientific and solutions to address them.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
The third axis was allocated to introduce the Iraqi administrative judiciary, explain the Law of the Iraqi Council of State and indicate the terms of reference for the trial of the three employees court, the Administrative Court of Justice and the Supreme Administrative Court, and the shortcomings of the Law of the Council of State and recommendations were diagnosed to address those shortcomings and gaps<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

At the end of the workshop, The Director of the Human Rights Commission Haidar al-Shammari expressed his full readiness to cooperate jointly for the purpose of working workshops and training courses for the purpose of educating citizens and providing assistance to them.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
