As part of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aiming to enhance the quality of education and bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application, the Department of Biology at the College of Science \u2013 University of Wasit organized a scientific field trip to Al-Karama Teaching Hospital, covering all departments of medical laboratories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The primary goal of the visit was to provide third-stage students from both morning and evening classes with direct exposure to modern laboratory technologies and medical devices, along with an understanding of how to handle patient samples from collection to final results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The hospital’s resident medical staff offered comprehensive explanations on laboratory procedures, contributing to the development of students\u2019 practical and scientific skills.
