The department of history at wasit University's Faculty of Education in cooperation with the Martyr Sabah Abbas Cultural Charity Foundation, Kut branch, held a cultural awareness seminar entitled The Road to Excellence. University and charting its way in such a way that it can reach excellence in its public life in the present and the future.
