With the participation and presence of the Deanship and teachers of the College, The Dean of the Faculty, Assistant Professor Dr. Wessin Kazem Zarzour Defense , said that the seminar aims to clarify the international covenants and conventions in the field of human rights and their implications for international communities in general and Iraqi society in particular. In the second, Assistant Professor Dr. Sattar Shadhan addressed the rights of human beings in Iraq's 2005 constitution and the problems facing the Constitution in terms of application in the field of political participation, the right to demonstrate, equality and justice among iraqi society. The seminar recommended the formation of the Supreme Scientific Council for Consultations in all fields, monitoring authoritarian regimes internationally and strengthening the role of international courts to address violations of constitutional texts and articles in state constitutions.
