The Presidency of Wasit University honored the colleges that won the first three places in the periodic evaluation of media work at the university.

The Director of the Media Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Ammar Kazem Murshid, said that the deanships of the faculties were honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation submitted by the President of the University in appreciation of their distinguished efforts in sending and covering university activities and events.

He added that the Media Division in the College of Education for Human Sciences won first place, while the College of Engineering came second, and the College of Medicine third.

He stressed that conducting this evaluation periodically aims to raise the level of media activity at the university on the one hand and motivate media professionals to innovate and compete on the other hand.
