I had obtained M.B.Ch.B by College Of Medicine /Basra University/Basra Province /IRAQ in June 1987 according to the certificate numbered 3/ 13/300 dated in June /12/ 1991 .
I had been appointed as resident ( rotater) docter in Saddam’s General Hospital in KUT/ Wasit Health Directorate in Augest / 30/ 1987 .
I had started as General Practitionar in the military service from December /5th /1988 to April /1991 .
I had started as General Practitionar in Badra Health Center in accordance to medical grading law from May / 4th / 1991 to December / 1992 .
I had graded as a perminant resident in geneal surgery in AL- Qadisia general hospital / Baghdad Health Diretorate in December / 12th / 1992 .
My affiliation , as a perminant resident in general surgery , was changed from AL- Qadisia general hospital / Baghdad Health Diretorate to Saddam’s General Hospital in KUT/ Wasit Health Directorate in December / 20th /1992 .
In October / 5th / 1993 , I had successfully passed the preliminary examination & accepted for the specification study in the ARAB BOARD / General Surgery / Saddam’s University Training Center according to ministerial letter numbered 5762 dated in October/ 5th /1993/ (Ministery of Health –IRAQ) .
I had started study & training in the ARAB BOARD / General Surgery / University Hospital /College of Medicine /Saddam’s University Training Center in November /18th / 1993 .
On December /7th / 1998, I had fulfilled the requirements of the study & the training of the Arab Board & passed successfully the final examinations according to the adminterative letter the ARAB BOARD Secretary 3972/ص on December/ 7th /1998 & the ministerial letter / ARAB BOARD /numbered 56 on January/ 3rd / 1999 & informed to Wasit Health Directorate by the ministerial letter (Iraqi Ministery of Health ) numbered 2524 on Fabruary/ 7th / 1999 .
In Fabruary / 30th /2004 , I had been obtained a subconsultant grade according to the ministerial letter of the Iraqi Ministry of Health numbered 49142 dated in February/ 30th /2004 .
In December / 11th /2006 , my affiliation & services were transferred from Iraqi Ministery Of Health / Wasit Health Directorate to Iraqi Ministery of Higher Education & Scientefic Research according to the Ministerial Order Of Iraqi Ministry of Health numbered 57239 dated in December 11th /2006 & the Ministerial Order of Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research numbered 5939 dated in March 8th /2007 .
In April / 1st / 2007, I had been disconnected from Wasit Health Directorate being transferred to Medical College /Wasit University according to administrative order of Wasit Health Directorate numbered 672 dated in April/ 1st / 2007 .
In May / 7th /2007, I had obtained tuter grade according to University of Wasit Order numbered 2996 dated in May / 7th /2007 .
In July / 1st / 2007, I participated in a course of Teaching Methodology that was held in College of Education /Wasit University from July 1st –16th /2007 .I passed successfully that course .
I had participated in Computer Training Course that was held in College of Education/ Wasit University from Augest / 5th – 20th / 2007,I passed successfully it .
I had participated in Laparoscopy Training Course that was held in Baghdad Teaching Hospital /Medical City Directorate from March /6th -May /8th / 2011 according to the Medical City Directorate letter numbered 7083 dated on March /7th / 2011 .
In January / 24th /2012 , I had been operatively examined ( that I successfully passed the examination) in Laparoscopic Surgery Unit / Baghdad Teaching Hospital / Medical city Directorate . I had obtained a License in Laparoscopic Surgery by Ministry of Health according to it’s Ministerial Letter numbered 5/2/2 د.ا.ف 4544 dated in January / 24th /2012 .
I had participated in 5-surgeons course &training for Fundimentals of Laparoscopic Surgery (FLS ) in School of Medicine ,Tulane University , Louisiana State, U.S.A ( one of the centers of the Sociaty of the American Gastrointestinal & Endoscopic Surgeons –SAGES ) from Augest / 5th – 10th /2012 .I had successfully passed both ,the practical & the written examinations .I had been granted SAGES Certificate In FLS numbered 2497377810579 dated in Augest /10th /2012 .
I had been granted Membership of Sociaty of the American Gastrointestinal & Endoscopic Surgeons –SAGES in October / 2nd / 2012 .
I had participated in a training course about the Applications of LASER in Surgery held in Tuttlingen ,Shtuttgart , Germany (on 5th – 11th February 2013 ) by KLS Martin Company .I had been granted a certificate in Applications of LASER in Practical Surgery in February /11th /2013 .
I had been elected as a Head of Department of Surgery / College of Medicine / Wasit University on Augest /20th / 2013 according to the administrative order of Wasit University numbered ? dated in Augest /20th / 2013 .
In November / 11th /2013, I had been obtained Consultant General Surgeon Degree according to Ministerial Order ( Ministery of Health ) numbered 14463 dated in November / 11th /2013 .
In February / 4th / 2014 ,I had been scientifically promoted to Assistant Professor in Surgery according to University of Wasit Administrative Order numbered 2152 dated in February / 4th / 2014.
I had been granted Laparoscopic Surgery Supervisor according to ministerial order ( Ministery of Health ) numbered 60450 dated in October/ 26th /2014.
Membership of the editorial board of Wasit Journal for Sciences and Medicine according to University of Wasit Administrative Order numbered 17811 dated on October/ 2nd / 2014 .
In May /3th /2015,I was elected as head of Scientific Promotion Committee of Medical College /Wasit University according to the Medical College administrative order numbered 725 in May /3th /2015.
