To prepare a generation of researchers specializing in pathological analysis, equipped with theoretical knowledge and advanced practical experience. We are committed to integrating advanced technology with professional ethics and promoting a culture of scientific research and innovation through strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions to ensure accurate diagnoses that serve the community and elevate the nation. Also the Department of Pathological Analysis is committed to preparing highly competent specialized human resources through a work approach that embraces honesty, sincerity, and scientific integrity. 

الاهداف

1.    رفد سوق العمل بطاقات مؤهلة وموثوقة تساهم بفعالية في بناء المجتمع وتقدمه.

2.    المساهمة العلمية والعملية في مؤسسات الدولة المختلفة، لا سيما المؤسسات الطبية، لضمان صحة وسلامة الإنسان.

3.    إجراء البحوث العلمية الرصينة والتطبيقية الموجهة لخدمة المجتمع والبلد بشكل مباشر.

4.    غرس المبادئ والأخلاق الطبية النبيلة لدى الخريجين عند ممارسة مهنتهم، لتكتمل الرسالة بأبعادها: العلمية، الوطنية، الاقتصادية، والإنسانية.

5. التطوير المستمر للمناهج الدراسية المتبعة للدراستين الاولية والعليا  وجعلها مواكبة للتطور العلمي الحاصل على النطاق المحلي والاقليمي .

6. اعداد خطة تطويرية شاملة في مجالات متعددة تشمل عقد الاتفاقيات والتعاون العلمي المستمر مع مؤسسات الدولة الحكومية والاهلية وتحقيق اعلى عائدات الجودة والتنمية المستدامة.

2. Contribute scientifically and practically to various state institutions, especially medical institutions, to ensure human health and safety.

3. Conducting rigorous scientific and applied research that serves the community and the country directly.

4. Instilling noble medical principles and ethics in graduates when practicing their profession, to complete the mission in its scientific, national, economic, and humanitarian dimensions.

5. Continuously developing the curricula used in primary and higher education and keeping them in line with scientific developments at the local and regional levels.

6. Preparing a comprehensive development plan in multiple areas, including signing agreements and ongoing scientific cooperation with government and private institutions, and achieving the highest returns in terms of quality and sustainable development.
