The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdul Sahib, stressed that development programs cannot achieve their goals without a quality education system and that the higher education sector is the main scientific engine for all sectors of the country. At the same time, he stressed the need to respect time in the development movement, promote knowledge achievement of human resources, integrate institutions and cooperate with international organizations to achieve development goals.
