Wasit University participated in the vigil held by the Husseini processions in Wasit province in the presence of a number of deans of colleges and a gathering of university teachers. Participants called for the need to educate the community about the importance of the continuing demand to lift the oppressed and rebuild the imams of Al-Baqaa and for the Iraqi government to take its real role by pressing through diplomatic channels to rebuild the holy shrines in Saudi Arabia.
