Wasit University organized a workshop on the level of administrative powers at the university, colleges and departments with the participation of a number of university administrative leaders, teachings and university staff. From administrative knowledge, skill and creativity, management is therefore considered science, art and profession, each complementary to the other. The workshop also touched on the importance of management science and the patterns of management of the institution, which is the authoritarian style, the chaotic pattern, the democratic pattern and the characteristics and disadvantages of each of these three modules, as well as addressing the axis of devolution of powers and their importance and advantages and administrative tasks of units and departments.
