The Faculty of Science at Wasit University discussed a Doctoral thesis entitled Evaluating the gene expression of some factors of the disease of leishmanism outside and inside the living body of the researcher (Ali Shaker Kamel Al-Sarifi) the thesis aims to evaluate the gene expression of factors of harm in laboratory mice and the peri-implantation medium at a temperature of 26°C for days 7 and 12 and compare it with the center of the implant control through three passes and the duration of each pass one month. The study concluded that the gene expression of the above factors was higher in the liver tissue of animals than in the transplantation center for both days 7 and 12 and that the gene expression for day 7 is higher than the 12th day, as well as the gene expression of the third pass was higher than the second and the first, but in the center of control the expression was higher in the first pass and lower in the third pass.
