The Faculty of Agriculture at Wasit University, under the slogan "Towards an active civilized role", held a course (development of cultural values in society) in cooperation with the Najaf Association and the Reformist Voluntary Assembly in the presence of the President of the University, Professor Dr. Mazen Al-Hasani, and the Dean of the College, Dr. Hakim Sultan Al-Rikabi, and a gathering of faculty and students.

Speaking during the session, the rector stressed that the concept of values is common in our daily lives, as a criterion for human behavior, we often talk about values, and we complain about their collapse. This emphasizes the need for contemporary human beings, especially young people, to feel values, away from the superficiality with which we may take things, which leads to a lack of awareness of the true values of things and people, and to confuse them with relative or wasyl values… It is worth mentioning that values are not only specific to the moral aspect, there are many areas, including: the values of truth, goodness and beauty, and religious values that overlap with those that govern human life, or that govern it.
