The Deanship of the Faculty of Literature, Wasit University, started the project of the central library building of the college at the northern entrance to the college building in the presence of the President of Wasit University Professor Dr. Mazen Al Hasani and dean of the Faculty of Arts Dr. Fida Al Mawla and the committee of the implementation of the project in the college and the presidency of wasit University and explained the Dean of the Faculty Dr. Fida Al Mawla that the deanship of the college has developed a plan to further develop the infrastructure of all the college facilities despite the limited material potential. The scientific in the college consists of two floors with a ground floor that includes rooms to manage the affairs of the electronic and paper library and the second floor includes a central hall for reading and reading as well as the design of the entrance of the college gate at a height of more than six meters.
