In cooperation with the Abbasid threshold, a seminar and a public cultural workshop entitled "The danger of the disappearance of the cultural identity of peoples" in the conference hall and seminars in the Faculty of Engineering and in the presence of representatives of the Higher Religious Authority and the President of the University Professor Dr. Mazen Al Hasani and a group of deans, teachers and students of the university and a gathering of intellectuals and elites of Wasit province aims to define cultural identity as a system of values and perceptions characterized by a society according to its historical and civilizational peculiarities. "The most dangerous thing that Iraqi society can lose is its religious and customary community value, which is prevented from slipping into the dangers of melting into cultures that are alien to it, which threaten the existence of the Iraqi family," he said.
