A doctoral thesis entitled "James Buchanan and his political role in the United States of America 1791_1868 A.D.) was discussed at the Faculty of Humanities. The thesis prepared by student Aladdin Abdul Hussein Aweed Al-Quraishi aims to highlight the character of James Buchanan, the 15th President of the United States of America, who is one of the American presidents who took over the country and the extent of their abilities that contributed to its progress and political and diplomatic role during a period of critical stages in the history of the United States of America, as well as addressing his qualities, which led to his important roles in the history of America.
