Professor Dr. Mazen Al-Hasani, President of Wasit University, opened the cultural center in cooperation with the Iraqi Ulema Foundation for Development and Development and with exceptional work efforts by the cadres of the Faculty of Education for Pure Sciences
The building contains a number of halls for scientific and cultural conferences and seminars, as well as a cultural forum hall and a central library containing a large number of various electronic, educational and cultural books.
The opening was attended by scientific and administrative assistants and deans of the university colleges and a number of academics, intellectuals, scientists and researchers
This initiative comes out of the university's keenness to maintain close relations with its community environment and institutions and to provide its scientific, cultural and social services to our dear province.
