The department of history at wasit University's Faculty of Basic Education held a panel discussion entitled "The role of transformative leader practices in addressing the obstacles of e-learning" in the presence of a number of specialized teachings. The seminar stressed the need to maintain the level of interest in the practice of transformative leadership because it avoids the university's trouble of e-learning. Increase attention to diagnosis and accurate and continuous analysis of the obstacles to e-learning and take ways to address them first and foremost. She made several recommendations, including giving more attention to addressing academic constraints in university work by urging teaching staff to increase interaction with students and give them sufficient time when taking the exam. Reviewing the methods adopted by officials and teaching staff by motivating students and replacing them with other incentive methods can contribute to reducing the barriers to e-learning. Focus on taking into account individual considerations and listening to students' views and proposals because they contribute to addressing the constraints they face.
