Announcement of the sale of scrap and damaged materials
Based on the provisions of the Law on the Sale and Rent of State Funds No. (21) of 2013 amended, the Presidency of Wasit University/Central Sales and Lease Committee announces the sale of scrap and damaged materials for (University Presidency/Internal Departments/Faculty of Law/Faculty of Basic Education/Faculty of Management and Economics/Faculty of Science/Faculty of Arts/Faculty of Veterinary Medicine/Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences) in public bidding and the sale will be the next day of the end of the publication period of 30 days starting the following day. From the publication of the announcement in the official newspaper, knowing that the place of sale will be in the building of the presidency of the university at 10:00 a.m. and the buyer will bear the service wages of (2%) of the sale value , knowing that the estimated value of scrap and damaged materials is (62,129,983) only sixty-two million and one hundred and twenty-nine thousand and nine hundred and eighty-three Iraqi dinars, and the buyer must abide by the instructions machines:
Bring the identity of civil status, citizenship certificate or national card + housing card.
Legal insurance of (20%) of the estimated value of scrap and damaged materials.
The items are delivered to the buyer after paying the sale allowance and the service wages of (2%) of the sale allowance.
The buyer is obliged to transport the scrap and damaged materials within (15) fifteen days of the date of the decision to sell.
In the event that the scrap and damaged materials are not transported within the specified period, storage wages are imposed on the buyer at (1/2%) of the sale allowance in accordance with the provisions of the State Funds Sale and Lease Act No. (21) of 2013 amended.
The sale of scraps and damaged materials is at once.
The buyer will bear the fees for loading and transporting the scrap and damaged materials.
The sale is not conclusive except with the approval of the President of the University.
The bid will be scheduled for Sunday, May 8, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the University Presidency Building.
