Wasit University holds seminar on job security and women's administrative empowerment

The Faculty of Management and Economics of Wasit University, in cooperation with the Women's Empowerment Unit at Wasit University, held a seminar on "Job Security and Administrative Empowerment of Women" in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Dr. Abbas Noir Al-Musawi, administrative assistant and a number of faculty teachers, staff and students. Askar discussed the issue of women's social service and job security and its importance in the administrative empowerment of women. She recommended the need to create a development context for participation and interaction based on skills development and changing social quality relationships in the direction of greater balance and stability and changing professional relationships towards bias towards experience and competence regardless of gender.
