Three teachers at Wasit University participate in a dialogue seminar on the phenomenon of begging in Iraqi society

Dr. Jamil al-Abboudi of the Faculty of Literature, Dr. Ahmed Abdul Zeid al-Shammari of the Faculty of Law and Dr. Afrah Hamid of the Faculty of Education for the Humanities participated in a dialogue seminar entitled The Phenomenon of Begging in Iraqi Society in Wasit. The ability to participate and contribute to the building of society and solve its problems, the symposium came up with recommendations for the need to address the situation of poverty in the country, which has become high in recent years, and took civil society organizations and other humanitarian agencies their role in educating people about the negatives of this phenomenon and its impact on the security of society, raising awareness about begging and providing and finding ways and ways to accommodate beggars as well as imposing sanctions against them.
