The President of Wasit University honors the holders of higher degrees.

Under the auspices of the Supreme Religious Authority in Najaf, the most honorable city of al-Hay and Al-Bashir, Mr. Ahmed Al-Safi, and in the presence of the President of Wasit University, Professor Dr. Mazen al-Hasani, honored a group of holders of higher degrees from the sons of the city.
