. A master's thesis in the Faculty of Science at Wasit University discussed the green synthesis of titanium dioxide nanoscale membranes and their use in photovoltaic applications. Titanium oxide membranes have been deposited by adopting a drop casting method on bases of glass and silicon that can be used in applications Solar cells and photo detectors. X-ray scans showed that prepared membranes with multi-crystallized compositions and the prevailing trend (110) had a crystalline size of green synthesis membranes (25.01 nm) and simple chemically prepared membranes of 21.31nm). The optical energy gap was created using tauc and the values obtained indicate that electronic transmission is direct and permitted. The letter concluded that membranes made of titanium dioxide in green synthesis method could be used to manufacture solar cells and photoelectric reagents in an uncomplicated, inexpensive and environmentally friendly manner.
