Wasit University President Visits Iraqi Journalists Syndicate

Mr. Wasit University President Dr. Mazen al-Hasani visited the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate and met during the visit with The Captain of Iraqi Journalists, Mr. Muayyad al-Lami.

During the meeting, they discussed the joint cooperation between the university and the union, as well as the possibility of holding training and development courses in the field of journalism, which is scheduled to be held in the Department of Media and Public Relations at Wasit University and supervised and participated by specialized professors.

Al-Lami stressed the union's readiness to support the university's efforts, expressing the necessary cooperation for all that serves the work of journalism, especially since Wasit University is coming to an important media event, which is the opening of the university tv, which was discussed during the meeting.

At the end of the meeting, al-Hasani presented his authors with a gift to Mr. Al-Lami in appreciation of his position in support of the university.
