Faculty of Education for the Humanities discusses a Doctoral thesis on the features of the narrative structure of the poets of chaste yarn until the end of the Umayyad era
At the Faculty of Education for the Humanities, Wasit University discussed a doctoral thesis entitled "Features of the narrative structure of the poets of chaste yarn until the end of the Umayyad era."
The study, prepared by the student (Alaa Ayed Mohammed Mansour), aims to clarify the narrative elements in chaste poetry in the time period that extended from the Ignorant era to the end of the Umayyad era.
The thesis explained the relationship between poetry and narrative and the effectiveness of narrative in the texts of poets of chaste yarn.
The study addressed the element of personality and its variations and is considered the main element and the backbone of the story, and touched on the element of the event that is the spirit of the poetic story and the element of dialogue and its influence in the narrative text, as well as time and space by indicating their close association in narrative texts.
The study found that the poets of chaste yarn are retribution as well as being poets because they combined the art of the story with the art of poetry and employed their abilities to combine two different sexes and present them as a poem filled with aesthetics, vitality, suspense and immortality in various ages and the secret lies in the immortality of these poems that their poetry is printed in narrative character and stamped with an anecdotal glance.
