The letter submitted by student Zain al-Abidin Aqeel Hussein aims to determine the extent to which Iraqi economic units are applied in the Iraqi industrial sector to account for green human resources and benefit from them in providing appropriate information necessary to support programs and decisions in order to achieve competitive advantages, and in order to achieve the goal of research and testing its hypotheses, was chosen textile factory and wasit sewing as a research shop.
The problem of research was the poor awareness of the importance of holding green human resources accountable in the industrial sector in providing economic, social and environmental information used in strategic decision-making, which has a negative impact on meeting the needs of decision-making stakeholders and thereby assessing their performance and achieving the competitive advantages of economic units.
The letter reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is an agreement by the research sample members to account for green human resources that has a role to play in assessing the performance of economic units by optimally implementing their practices, as the computational medium of this first hypothesis (3.5350) reached a standard deviation (0.10947), and green human resources accounting is one of the most important strategies for achieving competitive advantages in economic units.
