Vision

To be a leading division in qualifying students and graduates, enhancing their employment opportunities, and building effective partnerships with public and private sector institutions to support sustainable development.

Mission

To provide high-quality training and qualification programs, develop the professional and personal skills of students and graduates, connect them with the labor market through cooperation with governmental and private institutions, and follow up on their career paths to meet labor market and development needs.

Objectives

  1. Qualify students and graduates for the labor market through specialized training programs.
  2. Develop graduates' professional, digital, and entrepreneurial skills.
  3. Enhance employment and training opportunities through cooperation with public and private sector institutions.
  4. Establish and maintain a graduates' database and follow up on their employment status.
  5. Organize job fairs, forums, workshops, and training programs that support employment and entrepreneurship.
  6. Strengthen partnerships with local and international institutions to provide training and employment opportunities.
  7. Promote a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning.

Achievements (Over the Last Five Years)

  1. Implemented numerous training courses and workshops to qualify students and graduates and enhance their skills in line with labor market requirements.
  2. Organized career fairs and employment forums in cooperation with public and private sector institutions to provide training and job opportunities for graduates.
  3. Established and continuously updated a comprehensive graduates' database and strengthened graduate follow-up mechanisms.
  4. Expanded partnerships with governmental bodies, private companies, and other organizations to support training and employment opportunities.
  5. Implemented programs and initiatives in entrepreneurship, digital skills, artificial intelligence, CV writing, and job interview preparation.
  6. Followed up on the implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and prepared periodic reports on the Division's activities.
  7. Contributed to improving the employability and workplace readiness of students and graduates through continuous training and professional development programs.
