The Examination Committee is one of the most vital committees in any college. Its work is confidential, and its duties relate to exams and grades. These ultimately represent the overall assessment of the target audience of the entire educational process: the student. Therefore, one of the primary concerns of the Secretariat of the Faculty of Medicine Council was the selection of competent, relevant, and experienced personnel in this field. This includes preparing and arranging exam halls, monitoring the progress of exams, supervising marking, reviewing them after marking, entering them into the computer, and announcing the results.

Duties of the Examination Committee

1. Supervising examination affairs in both sessions.

2. Making exam booklets confidential during exams by marking them with secret numbers, concealing names by folding them and taping them, or by any other appropriate means the committee deems appropriate.

The college has a clear, documented vision and mission that is reviewed periodically to ensure it keeps pace with scientific development.
The college spreads its message and vision widely, including its students and employees.
The college has a number of distinguished experiences and competencies, in addition to the fact that most of the teaching staff hold high academic titles (professor + assistant professor).
The college’s continuous endeavor to achieve quality assurance and obtain programmatic and institutional academic accreditation.
The existence of a plan that specifies the institution’s needs for faculty members and their specializations, based on its vision and goals.
The college has an organized structure represented by its dean, scientific and administrative assistants, and branch heads, in addition to scientific committees and scientific research committees responsible for planning and organizing the conduct of the research process in the college.
The college seeks to provide all research requirements for researchers, including laboratory infrastructure, research resources, supplies, equipment, laboratory materials and books, and opportunities for scholarships and fellowships to develop researchers’ skills.
