The Smile Makers student team from the College of Dentistry at Wasit University visited Baraem Wasit Orphanage. The team was accompanied on this visit by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Thaer Hamid Al-Mayahi, and the Administrative Assistant, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Al-Mayahi.

This visit came within the volunteer plans and activities organized by the Smile Makers Student Team in its annual agenda to give attention to this needy segment of society and instill a spirit of hope and motivation in their souls. Providing school supplies as symbolic gifts stimulates motivation to continue the path of learning and progress

During the visit, the Dean of the College met with the home’s official, Ms. Lamia Khalaf Al-Atabi, and praised their efforts in caring for orphans and supporting them with all capabilities.
