As part of Entrepreneurship Week and its commitment to promoting applied learning and keeping pace with scientific developments, the College of Medicine organized a field visit for first-year students to the Wasit Specialized Cancer Treatment Center. The visit aimed to complete the practical requirements of the Medical Physics module for the 2025–2026 academic year.
The visit was supervised by the module coordinator, Assistant Professor Dr. Riyam Adnan Hammoudi, and the module assistant, Lecturer Huda Ashour Shati, with the participation of module instructors and trainers. Students were introduced to the center’s training mechanisms, ensuring a comprehensive educational environment that meets the module’s objectives according to approved academic standards, while enhancing students’ practical skills and hands-on experience.
