The President of Wasit University, Professor Dr. Abbas Lafta Al-Aqabi, has issued an official university order approving the laboratory device entitled “Laser Properties Measurement Device,” developed and presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Jabbar Farih Al-Zubaidi.

The device is designed to measure laser properties with high accuracy, combining precision, ease of use, and cost-effectiveness, making it a valuable tool for supporting scientific research and academic and laboratory applications.

Following its successful completion of the required scientific and technical evaluations, the device has been officially adopted in the laboratories of the College of Science, due to its efficiency and reliability in laser measurements.

The University President stated that this innovation reflects the active role of national scientific competencies in developing advanced scientific technologies that serve educational and research institutions, and contribute to strengthening applied research and sustainable development.
