Justice and Equality

Gender equality and the empowerment of both genders require a focus on identifying and addressing power imbalances, granting every member of society greater autonomy to manage their lives, and ensuring that every individual in society has the right to live with dignity and be free from want, fear, and violence. Gender equality is also a prerequisite for development and poverty reduction. Empowering women positively contributes to the health and productivity of all communities, both small and large, which in turn improves opportunities for future generations. To this end, we are committed to providing quality education for both male and female students. The university has adopted educational programs to achieve gender equality and has also worked to appoint approximately 35 female employees to leadership positions within the university and its various departments.
