organizational structure. It serves as a liaison between the university
president and the members of the University Council. Its main tasks and
responsibilities include:

Preparing for Council Meetings: The Secretariat is responsible for all
preparations for University Council meetings, from setting dates and agendas to
sending invitations and necessary documents to members in a timely manner.

Documenting Decisions: The Secretariat is responsible for writing the minutes
of meetings and documenting all decisions and recommendations made, ensuring
the accuracy and validity of the information.

Monitoring Implementation: After decisions are issued, the Secretariat monitors
their implementation in cooperation with the various colleges and departments
within the university and prepares periodic reports on the progress of work.
